Navigation data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. PURPOSE OF DATA SUPPLY
With the exception of navigation data, necessary for the implementation of computer and telematic protocols, the provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure to provide the data will result in the inability to proceed with the requests forwarded or that the user intends to forward.
DATA PROCESSING METHODS

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party can assert his rights as expressed in articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, by contacting the data controller. In particular, according to the art. 7, the interested party may obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the following information:
a) origin of personal data;
b) purposes and methods of processing;
c) logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification and integration of data;
b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible o involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
